Bhagwantrao Shivaji Patil Mahavidyalaya established in 1969 has completed in 53years of meaningful existence. The college achieved great heights under the visionary mentorship of our parent society Bharatiya Vidya Mandir Amravatiand ex-Principal Shri R. B. Mahajan and Shri S. R. Gawande.

The college started its journey with the dream of upliftment of the status of rural and tribal masses in our Tehsil through quality education and has committed itself to provide education at an affordable cost. The college is permanently affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University Amravati, is NAAC accreditated B grade in 2004 and 2015 and is ISO- 9001:2015 certified institute.

From its humble beginning with UG courses in Arts and Commerce, the college has come a long way and has carried out a niche for itself and stands as a significant name on the academic landscape of Amravati District.

It gives me immerse pride to acknowledge the contribution of all the members of teaching and non-teaching staff to various Endeavour undertaken by the college.
